Curiosity and Empathy

Empathy is so powerful in business. Harout Chitilian and I both came from humble beginnings and with this, it\'s a reflex to put ourselves in someone else\'s shoes. That\'s why I couldn\'t resist inviting Harout Chitilian, Vice-President of Corporate Affairs and head of development and strategy at CDPQ Infra, because I know that this is one of his core values and he implements it in his everyday life which no doubt helped him reach his current status and realizing his full potential.
